-Strengthens the knowledge base for amateur baseball players-

Milwaukee, WI, December 11th, 2013 - The Recruiting Factory, a dynamic provider of empowering marketing solutions for high school athletes, is excited to announce the addition of Jermaine Dye, the 2005 Chicago White Sox World Series Champion and MVP, to their team. Dye, a two-time MLB all-star who pounded out 325 home runs and drove in 1,072 RBI’s in a fifteen year big league career, will play an integral role in the development and recruiting process for high school baseball players who are looking to make the leap to the collegiate level.

In joining the Recruiting Factory, Dye will bring the experience and principles which helped him build a successful major league baseball career to a team that already includes Green Bay Packers Super Bowl Champions, Ryan Pickett, who are providing similar leadership and direction for high school football players.

Dye’s role will be to focus on providing aspiring baseball players with the guidance, drills, exercises, and other activities which will give them the edge in a highly competitive high school baseball recruiting environment. His primary activities will be in the areas of recruiting video strategy and collaboration, hosting Recruiting Factory Elite Camps in select cities, as well as recruiting tips for the athlete. Dye is the first professional baseball player to join the Recruiting Factory and with a career filled with accolades and awards, the developing high school athlete is certain to benefit.

“I am very excited to be joining the Recruiting Factory team,” said Dye. “In learning about the Recruiting Factory, it quickly became clear to me how significant of an impact I can make in helping young high school athletes reach the collegiate level. It is an opportunity that perfectly fits me and works to fulfill my desire to help kids succeed, whether it be in their community or as student athletes. Helping kids achieve a scholarship is not just about sports, it is also a vehicle for higher education.”

The Recruiting Factory will soon be announcing the locations and dates for Elite Recruiting Camps for the summer of 2014. These camps will offer high school football and baseball participants much more than training tips and skill enhancement drills. At the Elite camps, participants will also get a skills video filmed and tailored to their specific position, under the guidance of Green Bay Packers Ryan Pickett and former MLB World Series MVP Jermaine Dye. It is these recruiting videos, in line with the Recruiting Factory’s objective, which will empower the athlete to take control of the marketing of their skills and reach more than 54,000 collegiate coaches across the nation.
