His primary activities will be in the areas of recruiting video strategy and collaboration, hosting Recruiting Factory Elite Camps in select cities, as well as recruiting tips for the athlete. -Innovative online platform makes connections-

Milwaukee, WI, August 5th, 2013 - In today’s highly competitive recruiting environment, coaches don’t have the time to search for the next hidden gem, the next “difference maker” for a collegiate program. At the same time, athletes face more challenges than ever before in “getting found” amongst thousands of aspiring high school athletes. The Recruiting Factory, developed by Super Bowl Champion Ryan Pickett, is an innovative on-line platform which offers both high school athletes and college coaches with an effective vehicle to connect, engage, and evaluate talent in an effective and secure environment.

The Recruiting Factory is the result of a long running vision Ryan Pickett has had which was to develop a method, for the determined high school athlete, to take responsibility for the marketing of their athletic abilities. “There are several keys to success for today’s high school athlete,” says Pickett. “In the past, athletes relied on coaches to market them. If they were lucky enough, the player was recruited. Relying on those methods to get noticed simply will not work, the athlete has to take ownership and market themselves to colllegiate coaches nationwide. The Recruiting Factory gives the athlete the medium to do just that. The Recruiting Factory empowers the athlete with the tools needed to succeed.”

The Recruiting Factory takes the concept of the recruitment website to a new level and it offers both the high school athlete and college coach with benefits which are far different than the options in the market. The Recruiting Factory blends experience with structured guidance offering the athlete a unique marketing tool to enable success. Athletes are empowered to showcase their talent in a specific and customized manner which will deliver a message with impact. Empowered with the ability to reach college coaches at all levels, in a very targeted and effective manner, the success of an athlete is no longer in anyone else’s hands!

For the collegiate coach, time is a scarce commodity, thus quality of information is key. The Recruiting Factory, through personal relationships and one-on-one consultations with coaches, offers the insight on how to translate physical talent to a video media. The result is a proven system that gives the best opportunity to get the greatest exposure. These structured and high quality recruiting videos mean more prospects can be evaluated with confidence and efficiency. Zephyrhills High School Football Coach Reggie Roberts commented, “I want my kids to graduate high school and go to college. I'm thankful to the Recruiting Factory for providing a great recruiting tool our young men can use."
